By accessing or using AutoCare Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Vehicle Maintenance Services
AutoCare Pro facilitates the scheduling of vehicle maintenance. While we strive to ensure timely service, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party mechanics or parts unavailability.
4. Payments
Payments made through M-Pesa or the Digital Wallet are processed securely. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and approval by the service center.
